This website is owned and managed by Siobhan Kiera Pearson t/a Kiera May, which is a New Zealand business trading in mens and womens clothing and apparel. All products are new and sold in New Zealand dollars including GST.
Your purchase will be dispatched on the same or next business day by Courier Post or Fastway Couriers. We make every effort to have your purchase delivered in the fastest, most cost-effective way. Whilst we aim for quicker delivery, due to different purchaser’s location, please allow up to three business days from time of purchase to delivery. If your item should be delayed for any reason we will advise you. If used you may contact us for tracking information and we can advise you of your items en-route location.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we would love to help.
We are happy for you to exchange clothing and shoes that may be the wrong size, accessories that aren’t quite right and kiddies clothing that doesn’t fit. Please email us or call us in-store on 09 422 9445 and we will help sort this out for you.
For faulty garments please call in-store so we can talk about refunds, shipping costs, or a possible exchange – if there are more available in store.
We ask that you return the item/s that you don’t want any more within 14 days of you receiving it, to be able to receive a full refund. Remember you can email or phone us straight away and we can get the process under way.
We are dedicated to protecting your privacy when shopping with us at Kiera May Boutique.
We promise to only use the information you provide lawfully and you won’t receive any emails from us, unless of course you want to and you’ve signed up to our mailing list! We will only send through exciting things such as; upcoming sales, promotions, new arrivals and pre-order nights!
Details such as your name, email and address are collected purely for delivery purposes and the processing of your order. They will not be disclosed and these will be kept completely private.
Once an order has been placed it unfortunately cannot be cancelled.. however, if you’re feeling some buyer’s remorse then please get in contact with us at email@example.com and we can help you exchange your item for something else – because after all, we’re here to help out and we want you to fall in love with your purchases!
Warrantees and Guarantees
Kiera May Boutique is a New Zealand company which means you are covered under the New Zealand Consumer Law – just for your own peace of mind.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
The Consumer Guarantee Act sets minimum standards for products to be sold at Kiera May Boutique. Therefore, if you receive something of a low quality or faulty, you have the right to return the item.
Fair Trading Act 1986
This is designed to protect you from being misled due to false advertising. It applies to all aspects of promotion and the sale of goods and services, including: pricing, origin of the product, availability of products in stock, sales techniques and meeting the New Zealand safety standards.
Payments are processed on a secure and encrypted payment page. When an item is selected from our site in the shopping cart, and you make a purchase, an order is created and a payment request is sent through to Paystation. This directs you to a secure hosted page where they enter your card details. Once payment is complete Paystation returns you back to our website and you receive the order details for shipping. Paystation is a PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider. This means they submit to the highest standards of securing credit card data.
Thi website uses a Let’s Encrypt SSL Certificate. HTTPS, the secure protocol for the web, safeguards you by creating encrypted connections between you and our site, protecting your privacy and the data you share with us over the internet.
